From the unmistakable red-and-green livery to the sculpted fairing and cast aluminium wheels it is immediately recognisable.
The MHR is built around Ducati’s proven 900cc air-cooled 90° L-twin platform. This configuration provides natural primary balance, efficient cooling, and a distinctive torque curve that defines the bike’s character.
At its core is a bevel-drive, desmodromic V-twin engine—one of Ducati’s most mechanically iconic systems. The desmodromic valve actuation eliminates traditional valve springs, enabling precise valve timing at higher RPM and reducing valve float.
The result is a direct, linear throttle response and a broad spread of usable torque rather than peak-focused output.
The tubular steel trellis-style frame was engineered for rigidity while maintaining compliance where it matters. Combined with a relatively long wheelbase and low centre of gravity, the bike delivers stable, predictable handling—particularly at speed.
Suspension is fully mechanical and rider-dependent, rewarding input and feedback rather than masking it.
The MHR is a rare, collectible and appreciating motorcycle and this example is in fantastic condition with lots of documentation and showing a very low mileage at 23,000.
